The last day to register in advance is 11 April 2002. If your registration form is received at the Registration Office after this date, you will be charged the on-site registration fee and you will not receive a confirmation.

Allow up to two weeks for mailed confirmation of your registration. CHI 2002 cannot fax or email confirmations. If your registration form is received after 10 April 2002, you will not receive confirmation prior to your arrival.
